Position Summary
The Project Coordinator provides project organization by overseeing and coordinating operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project managers and multiple internal departments.

by coordinating and monitoring new business assignments; forecasting centralized project demand and available capacity; following up on project status and deliverables; assessing and prioritizing project requests and change requests

by coordinating meetings; relaying information; distributing correspondence; inputting documents; photocopying documents; conducting online research

by facilitating workflow between departments; prioritizing and negotiating; reviewing project input from departments and helping to identify areas of weakness; managing agenda items

by inputting and editing data; eliminating duplicates

by collecting, filing, and keeping information confidential

Environment: General office environment. Daily exposure to PCs and networks. May occasionally require working extended hours and weekends.

Responsible for handling inbound contacts of an informational and emergency nature for our English, Spanish and French speaking customers. All candidates must be able to work all shifts and any day of the week.
