Responsible for supporting Office Depot’s field sales organization by selling office products and services to businesses within assigned territories. Successful representatives will maintain and grow their territories by contacting their customers monthly to identify customer needs and selling the best solutions to meet those needs, while working closely with field sales representatives to build customer relationships and maximize sales growth opportunities.

Responsible for supporting Hughes Telematics with in Mercedes-Benz vehicle owners. Successful representatives will manage assigned records using Concentrix’ sales management application; identifying customer needs and selling the best solutions to their customers. Specific job responsibilities include record/customer management, warm and cold calling professionals, creating and maintaining rapport, identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions, overcoming objections, generating sales and identifying and maximizing opportunities. In addition to the revenue and profit objectives, this position will be held accountable for achieving specific sales metrics on a continual basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2 or more years successful sales or small business ownership experience. Previous successful solution selling experience would be a distinct advantage. Previous car sales experience would also be advantageous and may be considered in lieu of education. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers. Excellent call handling and objection handling skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NY0979479 Bilingual (Spanish/English and French/English) Inbound Customer Service Representative

Responsible for handling inbound contacts of an informational and emergency nature for our English, Spanish and French speaking customers. All candidates must be able to work all shifts and any day of the week. Additional services provided will include but are not limited to: general inquiry support, service delivery support and ad hoc requests. This individual must feel comfortable maintaining a working knowledge of all company products and services through continuous classroom and self paced training. In addition, the CSR must have experience in processing trouble tickets and using multiple tools and procedures to address the client’s needs.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Siebel experience preferred. Above average proficiency in computer skills including extensive experience with MS Office, Windows and a CRM programs. The ability and the desire to learn and master additional software applications. Candidate must be flexible and able to handle ongoing changes within the environment while consistently maintaining at a superior performance level. Ability to pay special attention to detail and complete tasks on time and on budget. Additional requirements include: outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills as well as stellar phone skills. Must pass Call Center Certification exam with a score of 90% or better score within first two weeks of employment.

REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking either Spanish or French. U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to multi-task. Requires HS Diploma with some college and 2 years Customer Service experience in a Call Center (may accept transferable experience from similar fields). Varying Work Hours and Work Days (Blended 1st and 2nd shifts as well as 3rd are required-Hours of Operation are 24/7). 2nd and 3rd shift REQUIRED on 4-week rotation.

NY0974771 Inbound Customer Service Representative, f/t

Responsible for handling inbound calls that could result in a general inquiry, price quote or reservation for our client. The primary focus is generating rental revenue for our client in the form of a reservation for the customer. Negotiating / sales skills are utilized during the call to book the rental reservation.

In addition, providing excellent customer service, as well as selling the advantages of national truck rental services is a must. This position will also communicate with various truck rental personnel through outbound calls to rental branch locations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year inbound customer service experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute. Strong customer service and sales experience. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 7am-3pm.
