“Tell me about yourself.”
“Tell me about a time when you missed an obvious solution to a problem.”
“Tell me about a problem that you’ve solved in a unique or unusual way.”

– determine if you are well-prepared for meetings
– determine your verbal communication skills; particularly important if you will be working with customers
– determine how you acted under similar circumstances in your previous jobs
